Nationally Recognized Kitchen and Bath Design Expert

Marie's kitchen and bath projects have been featured in local and national consumer and industry publications. Because of her insights into industry trends and processes, Marie is a sought-after media source. She has served as a judge for local and national design competitions, most recently traveling to the East Coast to judge the “Art of the Industry” national kitchen and bath design competition sponsored by NKBA. A former president of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) Puget Sound Chapter, Marie helped spearhead the launch of two highly successful annual Chapter events; the Great Kitchen + Bath Tour, and the Kitchen + Bath Design Competition.

Marie is one of a select few Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designers, a national designation received through examination, experience and peer review. She is 2011 Chair of the National Advisory Council of Designers for the NKBA. She has been recognized in NKBA Chapter Design competitions, garnering honors for her designs in large and small kitchen, large bathroom, and powder room categories.
